My client are a successful family-owned business who have dominated in their market for the last 50 years. Their passion and commitment to excellence has built their beloved brand into a well known business worldwide.

They are going through an exciting period of growth & are therefore looking to add to their Customer Support team. This role would suit a recent languages graduate, or an individual with some prior customer service/ admin experience who is looking to build on their skills.

About the Role

This is an exciting role, where you will be communicating between the customer care and business development teams, ensuring all processes run smoothly. You will use your German and either Italian or French languages extensively.

Responsibilities:

· Ensuring all customer profiles and orders are updated accurately.

· Assisting with stock management, checking all items are priced correctly.

· Providing admin and customer support to the international team.

· Offering language translation services to the team.

· Invoicing and processing sales orders.

· Analysing all sales orders.

Candidate Requirements

• You must speak fluent German AND either French or Italian.

• Ability to trouble shoot effectively

• Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook,)
