Role Overview:
As a junior Quality Engineer or Apprentice, you will work closely with the quality control team to ensure that all fabricated products meet their high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the quality control team in inspecting and testing materials, products, and processes.
- Assist with identifying and documenting non-conformities and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure that all products meet required specifications and standards.
- Learn and assist in the implementation of quality assurance practices and procedures.

- A keen interest in engineering.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic knowledge of fabrication processes and engineering principles (desirable not essential).
- Eagerness to learn and develop your skills in quality engineering.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks.
Qualifications:
- A background in engineering or a related field (e.g., BTEC, NVQ, or equivalent).
- For apprenticeships: no prior experience necessary, but a genuine interest in quality control is important.
