We currently have an immediate requirement for a quality engineer to join an expanding manufacturing company in the Halesfield area. For this role you will be working a static day shift with an earlier finish on a Friday.
Skills required:
- Mechanical background.
- IT/PC literate.
- Knowledge and use of a range of measuring equipment, including vernier callipers, protractors, height gauges, CMM.
- First off, in process and final inspection.
- Understanding and ability to interpret technical / engineering drawings.
- Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 standards and procedures.
- PPAP generation including control plans, PFMEA’s, first article inspection reports, etc.
- Internal auditing.
- Liaising with customers and suppliers.
- For this role you WILL NEED A DRIVING LICENCE.
