Calling all sales consultants! I'm looking for a consultative sales professional to join a growing, Telford based team who offer great opportunities to continue your sales career, with a monthly commission and a great team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and providing personalized recommendations.
  2. Reporting into the Sales Director your key focus will be to secure new customers and drive new business initiatives.
  3. Provide the highest levels of customer service and advice to produce new business.
  4. Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, leveraging leads, referrals, and networking to expand client base.
  5. Develop a deep understanding of services, effectively communicating their benefits.
  6. Contribute to a positive team performance.
  7. Utilize a consultative approach to sales, listening attentively to clients' concerns and objectives, and offering informed recommendations to address their needs.
  8. Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators, demonstrating consistent drive and motivation to succeed.
  9. Complete necessary administrative tasks, including documentation, policy processing, and follow-up activities, to ensure efficient and accurate execution of sales transactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
