The role involves working within a team to operate high-speed machinery on either permanent day or night shifts, with 12-hour shifts expected.
Candidates must have previous machine operating experience and will be responsible for setting up and operating machines while maintaining production rates.
The position includes packing and palletizing finished goods, minimizing production downtime and waste, and conducting quality checks to ensure product specifications are met.
Successful applicants will assist in training new or existing team members and carry out necessary administration duties to maintain production.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates should have at least one year of relevant experience.

The role would be on either permanent days or nights. 12 hour shifts.

The role:

To work within a team operating high speed machinery.
To competently set and operatemachines and associated equipment.
To maintain production rates in line with set targets.
Pack and palletise finished goods.
Minimise production downtime and waste.
Carry out all quality checks to ensure the product remains within specification.
Report any machinery defects in a timely manner.
To assist in the training and development of new or existing team members .
Carry out all administration duties necessary to maintain production.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the plant.
Ability to effectively communicate, understand and follow instruction.

Suitable candidates must have previous machine operating experience.
