Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Core Business Analyst to join our team in Telford. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of annuities and a proven track record in the life and pensions industry. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to annuities and life and pensions products.
  • Process Analysis: Analyse and map current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
  • Solution Design: Work with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support business decisions and identify trends and insights.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
  • Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to use new systems and processes effectively.
  • Worked in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on annuities and life and pensions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including process mapping, data analysis, and requirements management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders
