Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Operate and maintain logic controllers for various facility systems.
- Conduct inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Supervise and lead small teams during maintenance projects or repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to facility-related inquiries.
- Weld components as necessary for repairs or modifications.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs conducted.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in electrical systems.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical documentation.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to weld and perform basic fabrication tasks.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, for effective communication.
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with team members when required.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintenance tasks.
