Located in central Telford, this family-owned business, established for over 30 years is looking for an administrator to join its small and friendly team.
A background in either purchasing /planning would be a great advantage, however full training would be given. This is a busy role where no 2 days are the same.
Key duties
- Scheduling and planning appointments for the workshop
- Order parts for specific jobs as required
- Dealing with client enquires and general customer services
- Preparation of invoices
- Any other administration-based duties
Key skills and experience
- Previous office experience is essential for this role
- A background in purchasing or planning is an advantage, but not essential and full training will be given.
- Professional telephone manner
- Previous customer services both face to face and phone
- High level IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment
- An eye for detail
