Administrator - Planning and Purchasing

If you like variety and have good administration and customer services skills, this may be the prefect role for you!!

Located in central Telford, this family-owned business, established for over 30 years is looking for an administrator to join its small and friendly team.

A background in either purchasing /planning would be a great advantage, however full training would be given. This is a busy role where no 2 days are the same.

Key duties

  • Scheduling and planning appointments for the workshop
  • Order parts for specific jobs as required
  • Dealing with client enquires and general customer services
  • Preparation of invoices
  • Any other administration-based duties

Key skills and experience

  • Previous office experience is essential for this role
  • A background in purchasing or planning is an advantage, but not essential and full training will be given.
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Previous customer services both face to face and phone
  • High level IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a pressurised environment
  • An eye for detail
