An exciting opportunity to work with one of prestigious clients based in Telford has become available for an experienced HGV 1 Driver.
The role will entail and not limited to:
- Multi-drop deliveries of galvanised steel to businesses
- Load strapping / Load securing.
- Depending on the routes, start time can vary from 6am up until 8am
- On average, 42 ½ hours per week.
- Temp-Perm contract.
To be considered for this HGV 1 driver role you will need:
- Category C+E entitlement (held for minimum 2 years)
- 6 Months experience driving C+E vehicle
- Experience transporting steel is advantageous however not essential
- Valid Tacho and DQC cards
- Able to work Monday-Friday
- Friendly, professional and dedicated to great customer service
- An outstanding work ethic and the ability to work at a fast pace
PAYE HGV 1 driver Pay Rates are as follows:
- Days - 17.40 per hour
- Weekly or monthly pay
- Accrued holiday pay.
- Access to pension (PAYE).
- Local agency office/consultants
