Today, we’re looking to recruit an E-commerce Executive where you’ll hit the ground running to work dynamically with our IT and third-party development teams.

A key part of the role will be reviewing website content and functionality, as well as support during project testing and deployment. You’ll deal with reported bugs and issues, as well as have direct involvement with the scoping and briefing of new projects. As our E-commerce Solutions Analyst, you’ll make use of tools such as New Relic and Adobe Target to improve our customers' shopping experience as well as support the wider business with ad-hoc tasks.

E-commerce Executive

Your duties and responsibilities across the department will vary, but will include:

  • Use of New Relic to monitor and report on site performance and customer interaction to drive improvements
  • Use of Adobe Target to create and deploy A/B tests, reporting on pre and post results
  • Supporting e-commerce growth with new project research, analysis and reporting
  • Proactive management of bug and issue reporting
  • New project and support fix testing with reporting and logging
  • Produce project updates for key stakeholders and the wider company
  • Support the business by delivering on ad hoc tasks and projects as and when requested

As well as excellent verbal and written communication skills, as a successful candidate you’ll need:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with the skills to multi-task and prioritise workloads
  • Experience of working in a support environment - JIRA or similar
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with incredible attention to detail
  • Outstanding research capabilities with reports that you’re proud to own
  • Experience of working within a retail or e-commerce environment
  • Flexibility to change and adapt to the needs of the business
  • Experience of working on project creation is desirable
  • Magento experience is desirable
