- Assist in developing and implementing effective online marketing strategies
- Create, manage, and optimise product listings across online marketplaces including Shopify, Amazon, and eBay
- Analyse customer trends and behaviour using Google Analytics reports to optimise website performance
- Conduct competitor research and benchmarking to inform decisions
- Provide detailed reports and analysis of online marketing activities
- Undertake SEO work, including site testing and audits, to improve online visibility
- Evaluate online metrics and make recommendations to enhance performance and engagement
- Research and stay ahead of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience.
- Excellent organisational, project management, and communication skills
- Results-driven with an eye for fresh, forward-thinking techniques to drive lead generation and sales
- Experience in digital marketing and ecommerce systems, with a solid technical background and data manipulation skills
- Experience managing teams is ideal but not essential
- Knowledge of Shopify, Google Analytics, and AdWords is a plus
- Strong literacy, numeracy, and analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of online marketing
- An awareness of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
