Job Title: Ecommerce Manager   - Job Opportunity Telford Onsite Up to £50,000 per annum   Are you an experienced Ecommerce Manager ready to take the lead in a fast-growing, dynamic team? We’re working with an exciting company that’s looking for a passionate and driven Ecommerce Manager to help shape the future of their online presence.You'll be responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving two exciting ecommerce websites, ensuring they align with the business's growth goals. Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Director, you’ll develop and execute strategies to elevate their online and offline presence and contribute directly to their success.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and implementing effective online marketing strategies
  • Create, manage, and optimise product listings across online marketplaces including Shopify, Amazon, and eBay
  • Analyse customer trends and behaviour using Google Analytics reports to optimise website performance
  • Conduct competitor research and benchmarking to inform decisions
  • Provide detailed reports and analysis of online marketing activities
  • Undertake SEO work, including site testing and audits, to improve online visibility
  • Evaluate online metrics and make recommendations to enhance performance and engagement
  • Research and stay ahead of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience.
  Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent organisational, project management, and communication skills
  • Results-driven with an eye for fresh, forward-thinking techniques to drive lead generation and sales
  • Experience in digital marketing and ecommerce systems, with a solid technical background and data manipulation skills
  • Experience managing teams is ideal but not essential
  • Knowledge of Shopify, Google Analytics, and AdWords is a plus
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of online marketing
  • An awareness of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
