We're looking for a Partner Manager to drive success through a portfolio of partners, focusing on increasing partner revenue for Access. You'll need a strategic understanding of your partners and an actionable plan for growing their business with Access.A key part of the role involves building trusted relationships with significant partners, gaining a deep understanding of their business and objectives. You'll review their go-to-market strategies, create sales initiatives to support them with Access Learning solutions, and keep them informed on our latest updates and opportunities. You'll also work to identify and support strategic growth opportunities and report on the plans to achieve increased partner revenue.Experience in selling software solutions and managing long-term, multi-territory strategic partnerships is essential, along with a strong network and proven relationship-building skills.Day-to-day, you will:? • Focus on driving sales through your partner network and think creatively about how you can grow revenue on each account to achieve a revenue growth target.• Work strategically with partners to understand their core business objectives and how we can align our own solutions to support them.• Target potential new strategic partners and expand the partner portfolio• Host meetings at all levels with new and existing partners• Provide the highest level of service, and technical expertise to partners at all times• You may be required to attend exhibitions, host seminars, present sales ideas or attend meetings in support of other salespeople which may include several nights away from home• Ensure you stay up to date with your Industry expertiseYour skills and experiences might also include:?? • Be accountable for delivering against growth and sales targets by generating executable, measurable strategies for monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.• Proactively collaborate with partners to plan and execute sales strategies, thinking creatively about innovative commercial models that support their route to market.• Demonstrate strong needs analysis and a deep understanding of business by asking detailed questions and offering tailored solutions.• Present Access, our solutions, and the benefits of working with us clearly and confidently, using excellent communication skills to build rapport at all levels of an organisation.• Be persuasive and compelling in both written and verbal communications, contributing ideas to the partner team with a strong attention to detail.• Exhibit a motivated, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently or collaboratively, thinking outside the box to drive success.• Have previous experience in both B2B and field sales, demonstrating the ability to prioritise a demanding workload while effectively contributing to a small team.• Maintain strong communication skills across telephone, email, and written formats, paired with a positive attitude and commitment to self-development and lifelong learning.• Be willing to travel and stay overnight as required.What are we all about??
