Sales Manager

Kingscroft have been asked to recruit a Sales Manager to work for an organisation that converts specialist foams for a wide range of industrial sectors. The industrial applications are so diverse that target customers are from the Automotive, HVAC, Filtration, Off- Highway and Packaging Sectors.

As the ideal candidate you will have a successful track record of selling a technical product or manufacturing service into industry, you will be confident of working with new and existing customers and capable of developing enquiries into business opportunities for the Shropshire based factory. You will work closely with the General Manager in developing the sales strategy for past , present and future customers to drive growth and profitable sales.

The business is really well positioned with fantastic resources and long term planned investment into facilities and manufacturing capability that sets them at the forefront of the sector. In this role you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding the existing client base while developing new business to deliver growth. You will be well supported with technical and commercial expertise at your disposal to help develop quotes and customer proposals.

As a Sales Manager you will be active and in front of customers whenever possible. Using the Telford site as your base you will be working autonomously with customer contact and visits throughout the week and continuous dialogue with the commercial function at the manufacturing site.
