The school are looking are looking for a caring and reliable individual to join the school as a Lunchtime Supervisor.The role will start as a temporary on-going basis with a mix of 5 - 10 hours per week available. Role Overview:As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that pupils have a safe, enjoyable, and positive lunchtime experience. This includes supervising children in the dining hall, playground, and classroom (during indoor lunch breaks), promoting good behaviour, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.Key Responsibilities:* Supervising pupils in the dining hall and outdoor play areas.* Encouraging positive social interaction and play.* Ensuring the safety and welfare of children at all times.* Assisting with first aid, as required.* Managing any behavioural issues in line with the school's behaviour policy.* Reporting incidents to relevant school staff.Requirements:* Friendly, approachable, and patient.* Ability to build positive relationships with children and staff.* Previous experience working with children is essential.* 6 months childcare experience in the UK essential. * Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).If you have the experience required for the School Lunchtime Supervisor role and live or can get to Telford please apply now.
