Your new companyYou will be joining a high-profile main contractor working on clean water and wastewater projects in the Shropshire area. This organisation has a strong pipeline of work with a major water provider in the Midlands region and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Their commitment to delivering an exceptional standard of work has positioned them as a leader in the water industry and, due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Site Engineer to join their team.

Your new roleAs Site Engineer, you will be based on sites in the Shropshire area and be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials
  • Planning works and organising plant
  • Preparing reports as and when required
  • Overseeing quality control and health and safety
  • Checking plans and drawings
  • Setting out, levelling and surveying sites.

What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you will have:

  • Previous experience working on civil works within the water (clean water or wastewater) industry
  • CSCS card
  • Ability to collaborate with other project stakeholders
  • Sound numeracy and IT skills
  • Full UK driving licence.
