What You Will Do:
- Develop expertise in complex services including fluid cooling, compressed air, and vacuum systems, ensuring technical leadership and professional excellence.
- Drive improvements and new developments by providing technical expertise and actively contributing to the Engineering Development team.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on sustainability, noise reduction, and energy efficiency.
- Manage multiple high-impact projects, enhancing technological advancements within the company.
- Take full ownership of service aspects ranging from chilling systems to fire suppression and security systems, meeting deadlines and managing contractors effectively.
- Embrace end-to-end involvement, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring excellence in every project phase.
What You Will Bring:
- A minimum of an HND or degree in fluid dynamics, chemical or process engineering, or relevant equipment experience.
- A passion for solving complex technical challenges, with a flexible and enthusiastic approach to teamwork.
- Proven leadership abilities, capable of influencing others and achieving results through collaboration.
- A commitment to continuous learning, with an openness to new techniques and technologies.

Current or previous roles held will include Plant Engineer, Process Engineer, Site Services Engineer, Facilities Engineer
