- Process orders proficiently, in both German and English, adhering to our established policies and procedures.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity in data entry tasks.
- Engage with external companies promptly and professionally via email correspondence.
- Resolve order queries and customer inquiries with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Collaborate closely with external companies and our Global Sales Team to address customer issues efficiently.
- Complete annual information security eLearning to uphold compliance with the businesses’ Information Security Policies.
- Safeguard information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification.
- Uphold awareness of access controls, both physical and logical, and fulfill incident reporting responsibilities.
- Understand the serious implications of non-compliance with all company Information Security Policies.
- Fluency in both English and German is essential for this role (verbal and written)
- Prior experience in data entry/order processing is advantageous.
- Proficiency in an additional European language is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Familiarity with LeaseLink and Salesforce would be beneficial but not essential, training is provided.
- Hybrid/Remote working with the requirement to attend the Milton Keynes OR Nantwich office a minimum of once per month
- £24k starting salary plus bonus (crica £1,000)
