Your new companyHays are working on an exclusive basis with a well established business in Telford looking for a Sales Support Coordinator on a permanent basis. This is an exciting, varied opportunity. Your new roleAs a Sales Support Coordinator, your role would involve:

  • Develop relationships with existing clients to retain and grow business.
  • Promote and sell products in order to meet business plan needs.
  • Work with the external and internal sales team to support customer enquiries.
  • Process orders using a CRM system.
  • Produce quotations and provide pricing support based on customer requests.
  • Answer incoming calls and emails from internal and external mediums, in a professional and competent manner.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Understanding of MS Office products.
  • Strong understanding of business administration.
  • Customer focused.
  • Well-organised and good attention to detail.
  • Good communication and listening skills.
  • Team player who can build strong working relationships.
  • Sales or Customer services background.
  • Experience from engineering industry. (Desirable not essential)
