Your new companyHays are working on an exclusive basis with a well established business in Telford looking for a Sales Support Coordinator on a permanent basis. This is an exciting, varied opportunity. Your new roleAs a Sales Support Coordinator, your role would involve:
- Develop relationships with existing clients to retain and grow business.
- Promote and sell products in order to meet business plan needs.
- Work with the external and internal sales team to support customer enquiries.
- Process orders using a CRM system.
- Produce quotations and provide pricing support based on customer requests.
- Answer incoming calls and emails from internal and external mediums, in a professional and competent manner.
What you'll need to succeed
- Understanding of MS Office products.
- Strong understanding of business administration.
- Customer focused.
- Well-organised and good attention to detail.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Team player who can build strong working relationships.
- Sales or Customer services background.
- Experience from engineering industry. (Desirable not essential)
