Linisher

Jonathan Lee Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Linisher to join a busy sheet metal manufacturing business in Telford. The full-time Linisher role comes with an attractive hourly rate up to £13.50 per hour (dependant on experience).

As a Linisher, you will be working a permanent day shift, Monday to Thursday, covering 40 hours per week.

As a Linisher, day to day you will carry out the following:

• Linishing welds
• Grinding welds using angle grinders and other power tools
• Helping in other areas of the factory when required
• Maintaining and cleaning equipment the equipment
• Keeping the workspace in an organised manner

To apply for this Linisher role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

• Ability to interpret and work to Engineering drawings
• The ability to plan and work from your initiative, with minimum supervision
• Previous experience doing linishing work, other job titles similar to Grinder, Riveter, Sheet Metal Worker or Sheet Metal Operative
