Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Press Brake Operator to join our client's team. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining press brake machines to bend, shape, and manipulate metal and other materials according to specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and a strong understanding of metal fabrication processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal parts.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate production of parts.
  • Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and quality of the finished product.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance on press brake machines and report any issues or malfunctions.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience operating press brake machines in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
  • Strong understanding of metalworking techniques and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
