We currently have a requirement for a punch press setter/operator to join a well-established fabrication company based in Telford. For this role there is a static day and night shift available. If you chose the night shift pattern you will receive shift allowance on your hourly rate of pay.
Main duties will include:
- Setting and operating Trumpf punch press machinery.
- Routine maintenance of the punch press machine.
- Working from engineering drawings.
- Checking quality of products.
Skills and Experience:
- You must have work experience in a similar role.
- Experience working within the fabrication industry is desirable.
- Have the knowledge and understanding of punch press machinery.
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Be able to work to strict deadlines.
