Reporting to the Directors this is a great chance to be recognised for your ability and the value you add across the enterprises whilst progressing to directorship. This opportunity gives you the responsibility of implementing your processes and procedures as well as improving already existing HSEQ standards. Our client is looking for an ambitious Health and Safety Manager who is looking to progress and implement changes across all levels of this award-winning business with constant collaboration with the executive team.
This role would be Ideal for an ambitious Health and Safety Manager looking to develop systems and practices with multi-site rollouts of process and procedure. Responsibility will be on offer in abundance with the opportunity to build teams and develop your management skills. This is an incredibly reputable manufacturer that was established over 25 years ago and has grown profusely in its tenure, acquiring several businesses up and down the country that now form the group.
Your Role as a Health and Safety Manager will include:
* Monitor and Maintain H&S practices within the business
* Implement new systems, strategies and training programmes.
* Site Visits to the various businesses within the group up and down the country.
The successful Health and Safety Manager will need:
* NEBOSH/Level 6 Diploma
* Experience and proven record of implementing new H&S procedures
* Environmental and quality experience is desirable
* Commutable to Telford and happy to travel
