What You Will Do:

- Monitor and manage the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring timely settlement of outstanding debts.

- Assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers, maintaining strong customer relationships.

- General admin support 

- Issue reminders for overdue accounts and negotiate payment terms to facilitate debt settlement.

- Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.

- Produce reports on outstanding debts and collection progress, providing forecasts for cash flow.

- Support the finance team with administrative tasks, maintaining organized financial records.

 

What You Will Bring:

- A minimum of a degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Proven experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a similar finance role.

- Strong understanding of credit management principles and experience with SAGE 50 or similar software.

- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, able to work under pressure.
