Your new role:
- Taking incoming calls into the business and filtering them to the right department.
- Onboarding of new customer accounts.
- Taking orders via phone and email.
- Ensuring customer records are up to date.
- Checking stock.
- Adhoc duties as and when required.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience within an office based Customer Service role is essential
- CRM system management experience would be desirable
- Excellent telephone manner and accurate administrative skills
