Tate Recruitment are proud to work in partnership with Diligenta, to identify individuals who have a passion for delivering great customer service. This permanent opportunity will be supporting their to ReAssure account located in central Telford. They are looking forward to welcoming their talented new colleagues on 6th January 2025 to join them on-site in the contact centre, working Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30am - 5:30pm.

What will I be doing?

You will be joining a people and technology-driven business, working within their busy and fast paced contact centre, taking a large volume of calls from valued customers and Financial Advisors, and engaging in professional conversations regarding their life assurance, savings, investments or pension plans.

Whether assisting customers who are planning for their well-deserved retirement, helping them access their investments or benefits, updating personal information or providing them with support during difficult times such as a family bereavement, you'll play a vital role in providing a seamless experience during moments that really matter.

The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused background so don't worry if you don't have a financial services background as 4-week's worth of comprehensive training will be given, to provide you with all the tools and knowledge required to be successful within the role.
