The Opportunity:
- Responding to customer queries via email & phone calls.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the customer experience
- Following up on customer requests, providing and sending over quotations.
- Working towards targets of ensuring all open orders meet delivery requirements from the customer.
- Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Personal Profile:
You will be passionate about helping others and providing solutions and an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
