The Opportunity:

  • Responding to customer queries via email & phone calls.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the customer experience
  • Following up on customer requests, providing and sending over quotations.
  • Working towards targets of ensuring all open orders meet delivery requirements from the customer.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
