Customer Service Advisor | £24,000 | Permanent | Telford

The Company

Our Shropshire based client are a leading, successful manufacturing company, who boast an outstanding customer reputation within their sector. They are currently going through an exciting period of growth and are seeking the right person to join their team through this.

The Opportunity:

  • Responding the customer queries via email & phone calls.
  • Adhering to phone and email etiquette guidelines, ensuring to achieve high levels of accuracy.
  • Following up on customer requests, providing quotes.
  • Entering customer information accurately, maintaining clear and up to date customer records.
  • Working towards targets of ensuring all open orders meet delivery requirements from the customer.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Personal Profile:

You will have exceptional communication skills, for both inbound and outbound calling. You will also be a strong relationship builder, who is highly organised and proactive with a great sense of urgency. Experience working within a telephone-based environment is preferred but not essential.
