Job role /details• Provide sub-contract quotes to customers• Manage and prioritise customer orders and communicate status• Answer customer queries and relay information• Release Service Orders to suppliers for outsource work• Liaise with logistics to verify order progress• Monitor job turnaround time to ensure customer SLA is met• Update internal system notes for individual jobs• Generate requisitions, purchase orders and overall scheduling• Review supplier quotes and order confirmation status to ensure orders meet customer timescale • Ensure all daily administration is completed accurately and in the time required To be considered for this role you MUST:- Be able to work in a fast moving office environment- Exceptionally focused and detail-oriented- Understand purchasing and customer service process- Have advanced IT skills- Be an excellent verbal & written communicator - Have strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills- Be able to learn quicklyTo apply for this exciting position please call Anita on or apply on line.
