Customer Services CoordinatorTelford office basedMonday Friday08:30 17:00Attractive salary & benefits package Our major Telford based manufacturing client are expanding their Customer Service team this month, following impressive 2024 client growth and major acquisitions.Could you be the right person? If you are an exceptional communicator, adept with MS Office, take pride in your work and want a solid career path, you could be!Duties: •Receive and process customer orders ready to dispatch to the warehouse for picking•Ensure customer documentation is up to date on the CRM •Keep customers up to date with order progress•Arrange, sort and archive shipping documents and ensure any amendments are processed on time •Process any returns, defective goods, re-sorting, incorrect price problems•Issue invoices promptly to ensure customer payments are made on time •Attend customer sites when required in order to ensure supply chain communication lines are clear•Produce reports for SMT and where needed for customers Essential criteria:•Highly competent with MS Office•Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills•Proven ability in a Customer Service role within manufacturing or FMCG•Accurate data entry skills•Knowledge of general & warehouse accountingThis role is UK based and does NOT have sponsorship opportunity Our process is barrier free and we will ensure you are carefully considered for the role you have applied for.
