Customer Service Representative

Prince are working with a successful manufacturing client that are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join them on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for the delivery of excellent customer service to all customers that contact the company. Working closely with the team you will support customers with effective and efficient information, whether by telephone or in written form such as quotes or general enquiries.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Pro-actively handling all enquires received
  • Timely and accurate generation of quotations
  • Process and monitor customer orders whilst ensuring the customer is always kept up to date of the latest delivery dates
  • Where appropriate, dealing with complaints and if applicable, escalating these accordingly

  • You will be flexible with a proactive approach
