The Company

An international Manufacturing company who supply into the Corporate, Hospitality and Wholesale markets. Working in a small yet diverse team of fellow Customer Support Assistants, you will also benefit from the leadership, guidance and mentorship of a highly experienced Supervisor and Manager. The Opportunity

  • Predominantly supporting International Customers with administrative and Customer support.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for incoming Customer enquiries from Spanish speaking stakeholders.
  • Taking responsibility of the coordination, communication and delivery of Customer contact in reference to their orders.
  • Liaising with your colleagues in the wider operation, including but not limited to logistics.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, Spanish speaking Customer Service professional who has a natural flair for organisation, attention to detail and relationship building. You will be proactive, enthusiastic and keen to learn. Ideally, you will have worked within a similar role within a Manufacturing environment, however this is not essential.
