Seymour John are delighted to be partnered with one of the UK’s leading suppliers of commercial refrigeration services who work with a vast range of your favourite supermarkets, restaurants, hotels and leisure businesses. Based in their brand-new offices in central Telford, you will benefit from working in one of the most inviting environments in the county.

The Company

A small, friendly team who work collaboratively to support the overall smooth running of the business with their passion for delivering an excellent service at the forefront of everything they do. This is a full-time office-based position and some flexibility regarding working hours in the summer months is essential (one 10am-7pm shift per week for the 3 peak operational months.) Full training and support is provided by a kind and patient Senior Leadership Team who lead from the front in the team. After 20 years in the industry, they’re true experts!

The Role:

  • Reactive scheduling of Engineers, responding to emergency or unforeseen maintenance. Good geographical knowledge or previous planning experience is an essential skill.
  • Excellent customer service skills to further develop professional relationships with Customers.
  • You will use your strong sense of initiative to plan the most cost and time effective solutions for Engineers and Customers.
  • Building strong relationships with Engineers and Sub-Contractors to optimise service delivery
  • 8:30-5pm Monday to Friday, based in the Central Telford office. 1 day per week in the 3 peak summer months you will be required to work one "late" per week (10am - 7pm)
  • 20 days holiday + stats rising to 25 days + stats after 2 years’ service

About You:

  • You will be an experienced Customer Service professional who confident in telephone based customer service environments
  • An agile thinker who is able to work reactively at times in a calm and professional manner
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
