Job Summary:
- At all times maintain a safe clean working environment ensuring that safety procedures are followed by you.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure output levels and quality standards are met.
- Support the Team Leader with training of team members and temporary staff.
- At all times maintain a positive/cooperative relationship between your fellow team members and others you interface with across the Company.
- Provide cover for colleagues at any location in the warehouse as required in their absence to maintain output.
Knowledge and skills required:
- Computer literate using data base, EXCEL, and other relevant software
- FLT licence is essential
- Planning and organisation of self and others
- Self motivated, and able to work under own initiative
- Self disciplined and target driven
- Warehouse experience (pick and kitting operational experience beneficial)
- Problem solving skills
This position is days only Mon - Fri. No weekends, No shifts
