Job Title: Information Manager / Document Controller

Location: Telford

Salary: 35,000 - 40,000

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Hours: 36.5 hours

As an Information Manager, you will be part of our clients Information Management department, forming part of the wider technical community driving technical excellence. This role underpins their mission to become the UK's number one technical solutions provider.

Key Responsibilities of the Information manager:

  • Ensure projects are set-up, managed, and delivered in accordance with ISO 19650 processes.
  • Deliver Information Management duties and deliverables on a project or projects.
  • Support and deliver CDE training to projects.
  • Report project progress and KPIs to the Senior Information Manager or Information Management Lead.
  • Manage interactions with external stakeholders and interface between the main contractors/clients CDE and our CDE.
  • Support project administration tasks where required

Experience:

Demonstrable experience in information management / document control practices and processes.

Reports to:

  • Project: Project Lead/Director
  • Functional: Senior Information Manager or Information Management Lead

Manages:

  • Trainee Information Managers
