Early Career Teacher

As a Supply Early Careers Teacher, you will work across Teflord in various secondary schools, where you will deliver engaging lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and contribute to the wider school community.

To be considered for the role of Secondary ECT Teacher you will:

• Recently Qualified Early Careers Teacher (ECTs) with QTS in any secondary subject specialism
• Passionate, resilient educators who are ready to inspire and connect with students
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
• Flexibility and adaptability to different learning environments and school cultures
• Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

• Recently Qualified Early Careers Teacher (ECTs) with QTS in any secondary subject specialism
