- Diagnosing faults and completing detailed repairs on a variety of electronic products
- Carrying out pre-dispatch checks and commissioning of equipment
- Offering technical support and solutions to internal teams and external customers
- Testing and calibrating repaired items to ensure quality and compliance
- Working in line with ISO 13485 standards and conducting quality inspections on peer repairs
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised workshop
- Occasionally providing on-site support for installations, maintenance, or demonstrations
- Assisting with the upkeep and preparation of demonstration or exhibition equipment
- You hold a recognised qualification in Electronics (HNC, ONC, BTEC, City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent)
- Confident in component-level diagnostics, fault finding, and repairs
- Clear communicator who enjoys offering support and sharing technical knowledge
- Detail-focused and comfortable working in a process-driven, quality-led environment
- Organised, practical, and take pride in a professional workspace
- Willing to support occasional field work or exhibition setup
- A proactive team player who’s ready to contribute to a wider service function
