- Preventative maintenance and breakdown support covering a range of Engineering related products.
- Technical support, troubleshooting and calibration covering the range of company products.
- Equipment Installation / upgrading of full range of products.
- Maintenance, breakdown, technical support, calibration and upgrading of appropriate third-party products.
- Providing professional telephone support.
- Provide technical help desk services when office or home based.
- Quality / performance testing equipment prior to despatch.
- Generating reports
- Promotion of company products to customers when on site and assisting customers to understand the benefits of the products.
- Service Engineering experience – looking for either multiskilled / Electrical / Mechanical expertise.
- Engineering training / qualification e.g. BTEC / HNC or apprenticeship trained.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- UK or International field support experience
