Position: Panel Wirer

Day shift: 14.00ph - 17.00ph Depending on Experience

Location: Telford

Hours: 37.5 - 40 hours per week

Proactive are currently recruiting for skilled Panel Wirers in Telford to start work immediately.

This is an exciting opportunity working for a market leader in the design and manufacture of high performance control panels for all industries. You will be working as part of a wider team delivering projects to meet production targets, offering ample opportunity for progression and development.

Our client requires candidates who have control panel experience and previous experience working within a manufacturing/engineering environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the wiring of control panels
  • Tests, quality checks and inspection
  • Reading and understanding electrical wiring diagrams
  • Ability to work to production deadlines
  • To ensure products are built to the required quality standard
  • Adherence to Health & Safety standards
  • Responsible for keeping a safe and efficient work space

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a production environment
  • Electrical experience
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and team working skills
  • High regard for Health and Safety
  • Time served apprenticeship preferred electrical basis
