My client is the largest, Independent company in their sector, within the UK. They are really proud of the fact that they promote a unique culture. They're constantly evolving and due to a long-term contract they have just secured, they are expanding. My client enjoys creating a sense of purpose amongst their teams and although this is a 12-month contract, they don't like letting good people go.

Hours of work: 9-5:30pm Monday - Friday (2 days working from home each week)

You will be working in a vibrant and modern, surrounded by a friendly team.

My client is recruiting for 2 Service Transition Executives to join their busy team in Telford.

Your duties will involve:

  • Assisting Transition managers whilst liaising with business owners, project managers, operations teams, partners and suppliers on a daily basis.
  • Ensuring the smooth and successful implementation of new partners and products.
  • Representing the Operations team in meetings.
  • Making sure third party contracts contain the correct information required for SLAs.
  • Participate in stakeholder groups to improve processes and making suggestions to the Servicer Transition managers.
  • You will need to have a confident telephone manner with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
