Process Operator

Telford, Shropshire

We are looking for a motivated Process Operator to join a market leading manufacturer within their field. Reporting directly to the Process Technician you will be a key member of the production team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations on a variety of process lines. This role involves working in a shift pattern, including weekends, to maintain production standards and achieve team objectives. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of process operator. The position will appeal to a strong process operator looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.

Role Description:

  • Ensure product quality meets established standards.
  • Operate equipment in line with standard operating procedures, including start-ups and changeovers.
  • Collaborate with development teams to enhance processes and standards.
  • Maintain accurate and timely production records, including gap analysis.
  • Uphold observable standards on the production line.
  • Adhere to and promote safe working practices.
  • Assist with the training and development of process staff.
  • Undertake additional duties or projects as required, aligned with your skills and abilities.
