Are you a detail-oriented and safety-conscious individual with experience in process operations? We are seeking a Process Operator to join our team in Telford, with a competitive starting salary of £31,000, increasing to £38,000.
Key Responsibilities:? Ensure products meet quality standards? Operate the plant according to standard operating procedures, including start-ups and changeovers? Work alongside plant development teams to enhance operational standards? Maintain accurate hourly and daily records, completing gap analysis? Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety? Support the training and development of process staff? Follow and promote safe working practices? Take on additional duties and projects as required
