- Must have experience of working within an Engineering environment.
What you will be doing:
- Taking complete ownership of the administration of the engineering stores, managing stock levels and supplier relationships to get best value for the business.
- Supporting the engineering team in raising capital orders for new projects, annual servicing & general spares.
- Monitoring timelines and coordinating delivery and storage if required.
- Holding Engineers to account for using the stores management app correctly to facilitate stock control.
- Administrative support to ensure shift patterns & external contract resources meet requirements for changeovers.
