About the Role: LHH are seeking a highly skilled interim Finance Transformation Specialist to lead and execute finance transformation initiatives leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, enhancing financial processes, and ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions within the finance function.

Day rate - £400 - £450 per day (outside IR35)
Telford - fully in-office
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end finance transformation projects, from strategy development to implementation, using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Collaborate with senior finance leaders to define solution architecture and roadmap addressing complex business challenges.

Analyse current finance processes (AP, AR, Reporting, etc.) and recommend optimal solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Develop and deliver innovative technology solutions that maximise ROI and align with organisational goals.

Provide training and support to finance teams to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in finance transformation projects, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Strong understanding of core finance processes (Procure-to-Pay, Invoice-to-Cash, Record-to-Report).

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Jet Reporting, and other relevant tools.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
