We’re seeking a Client Account Manager to join our Accounts Team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth compliance processes for our clients. If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding service and looking for a career where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect role for you!What You'll Be Doing:As a Client Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our client services. Key responsibilities include:

Acting as the first point of contact for client queries regarding accounts.
Reviewing clients' financials in Xero and preparing them for further processing by the Outsourcing Team.
Reviewing statutory accounts and tax computations.
Collaborating with clients and the team to ensure timely account filings.
Helping clients access meaningful financial insights.

About You:We’re looking for someone who brings enthusiasm and expertise to the team. Ideally, you’ll have:

A positive attitude and a passion for teamwork.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice.
Progress toward your ACCA qualification.
Strong client service skills, including the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
Experience working with small business owners.
Excellent organizational skills to manage a dynamic workload.
Knowledge of Xero accounting software.
