Key responsibilities include:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for client queries regarding accounts.
  • Reviewing clients' financials in Xero and preparing them for further processing by the Outsourcing Team.
  • Reviewing statutory accounts and tax computations.
  • Collaborating with clients and the team to ensure timely account filings.
  • Helping clients access meaningful financial insights.

About You:We’re looking for someone who brings enthusiasm and expertise to the team. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice.
  • Progress toward your ACCA qualification.
  • Strong client service skills, including the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Experience working with small business owners.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage a dynamic workload.
  • Knowledge of Xero accounting software.
