An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join a leading manufacturing business in Wolverhampton. This role is perfect for a driven finance professional looking to take ownership of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control while playing a key role in business decision-making.
As Finance Manager, you will oversee month-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to group deadlines. You will support cost accounting processes, maintain Bill of Materials, and develop financial models to assess profitability. A key aspect of the role involves providing financial insights to drive business strategy, including KPI reporting, variance analysis, and scenario planning. You will also be responsible for cash flow forecasting and working capital management, ensuring the business remains financially resilient. Additionally, you will work closely with commercial teams to review pricing strategies and support CapEx projects with financial analysis.
What is Required:- A qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong financial reporting experience.
- Experience within a manufacturing or product-based environment, ideally with exposure to cost accounting.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to provide commercial insight and support decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders.
