Greenwellgleeson are recruiting for a Finance Manager to work with a rapidly growing business based in Telford. This is a full time, on site role.
Reporting into the CFO, duties of the role will include:

Covering all aspects of the finance function and day to day accounts preparation

Managing and developing a small team

Monthly management accounts preparation for multiple entities, P&L, balance sheet reconciliations

Annual budget process
-
Cash-flow forecasting for internal and external stakeholders

Statutory accounts production
-
Producing timely management information with commercial input
-
Working across the business to streamline accounting processes and procedures
-
working closely with sales/ operations and other business departments
-
any other ad hoc finance queries
Skills, Requirements, Qualifications
-
Fully Qualified ACA/ ACCA/ ACMA or QBE
-
Experience working in an SME business in a hands on role
-
Strong people management skills

Strong stakeholder management
-
Strong Excel skills
