Duties:
Managing portfolio of clients:
- Reviewing accounts and tax returns
- Answering day to day questions from clients
- Acting as the main point of for clients
- Meeting with clients and growing strong relationships with them.
- Supporting clients with accountancy & business advice
- Upselling services to clients
Managing the team:
- Training and mentoring Accounts Seniors and Bookkeepers
- Recruiting new staff as needed
- Working alongside the Office Manager
Assistance with expansion of the office:
- Growing client portfolio organically
- Building professional connections
- Improving brand awareness of the Firm
- Onboarding new clients
The ideal candidate will be ACCA/ACA qualified with at least 5 years of experience gained in Practice.
Salary guide is up to £50,000 pa DOE and as a reminder Hybrid working is available.
