Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing production lines to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
Managing and motivating a team of operatives
Ensuring health & safety and food hygiene regulations are adhered to
Monitoring production output and completing relevant paperwork
Assisting with problem-solving and troubleshooting production issues
