Job Role: Food Production Technician

Location: Telford

Shift: Rotating shift pattern

Pay Rate: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

The Company:

A well-established food manufacturing company who recently expanded and are looking for Production Technicians to support with the expansion.

The Production Technician Candidate:

  • Must have experience working with and fixing different types of automated machinery.
  • Previous experience working with food machinery preferred but not essential.
  • Must be enthusiastic, and willing to learn new techniques & technologies, and drive for improvements, and lean manufacturing.
  • Take ownership of the production line to make sure it's running smoothly, and efficiently.

The Production Technician Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, fix, and operate automated, and packaging processing machinery.
  • Running different lines to operating standards, and perform line change overs, and start-ups for different orders, and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Quality, and Health & Safety Standards.
